These bombs are easy to make, and you’ll have enough to last a few days! Oh, and they are also raw, dairy free, gluten free, and vegan – so your digestive system will love you.
Chocolate Espresso Bombs (yield 10-12 bombs)
- 5 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1/2 c. Raw Cashews or Walnuts
- 1 Packet (.8 oz) Raw Chocolate Protein Powder (Get this one!)
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 Tbs Ground Espresso
- 1 Tsp Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbs Water
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until combined and moist, then form into 1/2 – 1 inch balls. Bomb balls!
